Terms of Intelligence

1. Limited Intelligence Preview

Access to the Agritrage terminal is granted on a tiered subscription basis. The 'Free' or 'Observer' tier is provided strictly as a Limited Intelligence Preview. Agritrage reserves the right to throttle, limit, or revoke access to the free tier at any time, without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the floor desk.

2. Account & Credits

Subscriptions to 'Day Trader' and 'Terminal Pro' tiers grant specific credit allocations or unlimited access, respectively. Credits represent API calls and unlocking actions within the terminal. Unused credits may roll over depending on the specific terms of your billing cycle. Accounts are strictly for the designated individual or firm and may not be shared.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The data provided by Agritrage is highly sensitive. You agree NOT to:

• Utilize automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract pricing data, spreads, or algorithms.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Agritrage Terminal.
• Redistribute, resell, or publish the private floor feeds or divergence reports to third parties without explicit written consent.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action under intellectual property laws.

4. Intellectual Property

All proprietary algorithms, UI designs, divergence reports, SIV risk models, and datasets are the exclusive intellectual property of Agritrage and the EM300 Venture Protocol. Your subscription grants you a revocable, non-exclusive license to consume the data, not ownership of the underlying intelligence.

5. Modifications to Service

Agritrage reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
