Privacy Protocol

Agritrage respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your corporate and personal data. This Privacy Protocol outlines how we handle data within our intelligence ecosystem.

1. Data Collection

We adhere to a principle of data minimization. The only personal/corporate data we collect includes:

  • Verification Data: Email addresses and Company/Firm names provided during the "Terminal Access Request" phase.
  • Billing Information: Processed securely via our payment gateway partner (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage Analytics: Anonymous telemetry regarding terminal usage to optimize our data nodes and algorithms.

2. Encryption & Security

Security is paramount. All data transmitted between your local client and the Agritrage infrastructure is protected using AES-256 encrypted connection protocols. Our backend systems operate within isolated, secure environments to prevent unauthorized data extraction.

3. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your institutional lead data to outside parties. Data may be shared strictly with trusted partners (such as payment processors) only to the extent necessary to provide the Agritrage service. Aggregate, non-identifiable market interaction data may be utilized within the EM300 Venture Protocol for macroeconomic modeling.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your verification and account data are retained as long as your terminal subscription remains active. If you wish to terminate your account and request data deletion, you may contact our operations desk. We will purge your identifiable data within 30 days, retaining only anonymized transaction records for compliance purposes.
